Requirements: 
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer is an integral member of the CLPP team. S/he must establish and maintain a high level of interaction and coordination with all CLPP staff members. The M&E Officer will be responsible for CLPP data collection, data management, data analysis and reporting on results of the CLPP project. S/He will: 1. Coordinate the collection M&E form from CLPP Team members in River Gee, Maryland, Rivercess and Lofa at minimum on a monthly basis. 2. Review each M&E form to ensure completeness and follow-up with appropriate staff to fill in any missing information on the M&E form. 3. Enter all M&E data into the database in a timely manner. 4. Develop and maintain an organized filing system with all M&E forms organized chronologically by program location. 5. Liaise with the Program Coordinator in Liberia and the M&E Specialist in the USA to ensure the database is running well. 6. Train CLPP staff on data collection methods when necessary. 7. Compile and assist in analyzing data for quarterly and annual reports progress reports. *QUALIFICATIONS: * - University degree. - Experienced in collecting data from communities. - Experienced in maintaining information in a database. - Willingness to travel extensively in Liberia. - Passionate about and committed to working with rural communities to realize their rights!
