Description of Job: 
The post holder will provide effective management of the Concern Worldwide Human Resources and Administration Department in linewith Concern’s policies and procedures and Liberian labour law; implement and enforce HR and Admin systems and procedures within Concern Liberia; and to provide strategic and operational input on all HR and Admin aspects as well as contributing to the management and development of the overall country programme. The HR&AM will be a member of the Country Management team.
Skills and Experience: Applicants should ideally hold a relevant degree (Masters preferred) in HR or Business Management from a recognized written and verbal communication skills in English language; excellent organizational, interpersonal & analytical skills; Ability tomotivate team members and ability to work under pressure; Knowledge of Liberia labour law including the recently published Decent Work Act is an essential for this position; at least 5 years progressively senior experience in HR management, preferably in the NGO sector. The ideal applicant will have excellent strategic, organisational and team building skills with a good attention for detail.
