Description of Job: 
The post holder will be responsible for the development of effective planning, M&E systems across Concern Liberia with specific responsibility for the management of the Grand Bassa M&E team; coordinating the collection and analysis of project data at the input, output and outcome levels of the Concern Program in Grand Bassa to ensure management have timely access to information on project progress at all times, and that donor monitoring and evaluation requirements are adhered to. The M&E Manager will strengthen the M&E system of the Grand Bassa programme, with a particular focus on the measurement of results at output and outcome level; s/he will contribute to the planning, design, implementation, documentation and dissemination of internal review processes of the M&E programme framework. The M&E Manager will support the capacity building of Concern programme staff in routine monitoring and documentation.
Relevant University degree and/or technical qualification; Masters level qualification preferred in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities studies; at least 4- 6 year experience in the design and management of M&E systems, preferably with an INGO, strong writing skills, including proven experience of quality report writing and documentation; Maintaining in-country grant tracking/monitoring and filing systems, in close collaboration with relevant staff
