We are seeking for qualified professionals with solid background and demonstrated experience to be hired for the current Ebola Response in the below positions:
Requirements: 
ROLE PURPOSE: • Responsible for FSL activity implementation in a specific geographical area (based in Monrovia with frequent travel to the field) • Responsible for compilation of project information and sharing regular reports and updates to FSL PM • Ensure appropriate beneficiary selection procedure and criteria are followed by FS community mobilisers • Ensure any feedback from beneficiaries or target communities shared by community mobilisers are responded to appropriately or raised with FSL PM, Advisor or Field Manager if needed • Support community mobilisers to prevent overlap of beneficiaries with other actors • Oversee regular market monitoring in key target locations, compile and report information to FSL staff for timely decision-making • Coordinate with finance staff and security focal points in field offices for timely distributions in line with security policies and procedures • Ensure community mobilisers understand post-distribution monitoring and market price monitoring tools and processes and check the quality of information collected. Compile data and share with relevant staff in a timely manner The FSL Coordinator will be expected to lead on sectorial assessment, project planning, coordination, and support fundraising, recruitment and procurement, usually at a Provincial or sub-national level. In most circumstances, the post holder will be expected to mentor and/or capacity building existing country programme staff. SCOPE OF ROLE: Reports to: FSL Programme Manager Staff reporting to this post: FSL Officers Direct: Indirect : Budget Responsibilities: N/A Role Dimensions: Works closely with Community Mobilisers, FSL Field Officers, FSL Coordinator, FSL Manager, Area Manager, Security and Logistics teams, partner organisations and external actors active in the implementation area. KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY : • Responsible for FSL activity implementation in a Bong, Margibi and Montserrado counties; • Responsible for compilation of project information and sharing regular reports and updates to FSL PM • Ensure appropriate beneficiary selection procedure and criteria are followed by FSL Community Mobilisers • Ensure any feedback from beneficiaries or target communities shared by FSL Community Mobilisers are responded to appropriately or raised with FSL Manager, Advisor or Field Manager if needed • Support Community Mobilisers to prevent overlap of beneficiaries with other actors • Oversee regular market monitoring in key target locations, compile and report information to FSL for timely decision-making • Coordinate with FSL other departments to ensure logistics and Finance team know exact distribution timetable and beneficiary numbers so that cash/vouchers are available in the required locations at the required times • Coordinate with finance staff and security focal points in field offices for timely distributions in line with security policies and procedures • Ensure FSL Community Mobilisers understand post-distribution monitoring and market price monitoring tools and processes and check the quality of information collected. Integrity: honest, encourages openness and transparency; demonstrates highest levels of integrity QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Essential - Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields - Organisation, management and negotiation skills - Good communication skills - Previous experience in implementing food security and livelihoods programs; - Previous experience in humanitarian setting, preferably humanitarian organizations - Prepared to work under pressure - Honest and motivated - Knowledge of the program areas - At least 4 years of previous experience managing people - Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc) - Good command of English: speaking and writing Desirable - experience working on cash, voucher or other food security and livelihoods programming - able to work with minimum level of supervision Additional job responsibilities The job duties and responsibilities as set out above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties within reasonableness of their level of skills and experience.
