Description of Job: 
Identify assets within communities such as established organizations (CBOs), skills of community members and available natural resources  Lead community needs assessment for project implementation  Develop and complete Stakeholder Analysis Tool for each project;  Develop and completed Community Mapping Tool for each community;  Ensure that MOUs are signed with Community Management Body;  Coordinates Community participation during water point installation, ensure that Community members participate in the water point installation process  Ensure that O&M team connects with community and develops a maintenance plan; 3 | P a g e  Determines utilization of water point, advises if they need additional water points;  Assesses the community’s stewardship of the water point(s);  Conducts a Water Quality Test;;  Collaborates with Living Water partners to learn from and share learning experiences
Requirements: 
A degree in one of the following - sociology; public health; community development or a related field; o At least 3 years field experience managing working with communities o Understanding and experience Knowledge of behavior change approaches o Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English o Proficient in report writing; Self-directed and reliable o Presentation skills; o Ability to work with minimal supervision.
