Description of Job: 
General Assignment To work in the “Mental Health and Psychosocial and Care Practices” program in collaboration with the other ACF departments. To assist beneficiaries in the field, with a strong focus on the current Ebola crisis.
Requirements: 
Qualification and Experience Mental health clinician, social worker, counsellor Capacity to establish good relationships with beneficiaries Capacity for empathy Capacity to take initiative Capacity to manage stress linked to Ebola outbreak and precaution requirements Strong sense for confidentiality Objective 1: provide adapted psychosocial support to the household and individuals affected by the Ebola outbreak · Explain to the beneficiaries the ACF intervention · Visit the concerned household on regular basis to allow them to express their suffering and difficulties facing the situation · Maintain a psychosocial follow-up of the affected households. Objective 2: Link with other ACF departments or organisations · Support the families in the access to the basic needs by connecting them with other ACF department or with other organisations. · Report to the officer in charge any gap identified Objective 3: participation to a good acceptance of ACF interventions in the community · Maintain good relationships with communities, chairman’s, religious leaders · Maintain a good level of information to the communities about the ACF activities Objective 4: Reporting and monitoring · Provide quantitative and qualitative data concerning the activities · Propose improvements to our intervention Employment conditions:  National Position  Definite contract  Availability: As soon as possible  Remuneration according to ACF remuneration grid.
