Description of Job: 
The role of the Teacher Trainer is to improve the quality of education at targeted clusters of primary schools in Grand Bassa County by working directly with early grade teachers through training and regular coaching, with a focus on maintaining and improving literacy learning outcomes for children. Qualification: Professional Teaching Certificate / Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Skills and Experience: At least 2 years of relevant training experience. Good understanding of early grade literacy programming and the principles of gender equity and safe spaces. Candidate should be highly motivated and a good team player. Should have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel. Ability to speak Bassa is desirable.
